Due Process Denied to Fathers in NJ

In the service I was constantly exposed to decent young fathers who payed hundreds of dollars every month to mothers for children that they never got to see.  As a civilian I see the same trend amongst fathers.  I have always believed the family court judicial system is incredibly biased against males.  This article illustrates this sort of bias with current lawsuit filed against the state of New Jersey for denying due process to fathers in cases of "domestic abuse" by withholding custody of children.  Without hard evidence of abuse, fathers were kept away from their children and forced to prove themselves innocent.  The article is not clear about how the courts became suspicious in the first place but I can imagine that a simple accusation of abuse can be sufficient to withhold custody.  The violation occurred in delaying hearings for these cases which is unconstitutional according to laws in New Jersey.
